Uncle Cell

This document explains how Uncle Cell protects family privacy, how the app may be used, and how

users can contact Nu Media Tech LLC for help.

Uncle Cell is a parent-guided entertainment app designed for young children, primarily ages two through five. Nu

Media Tech LLC respects the privacy and safety of children and families.

1. Information We Collect

Uncle Cell does not require users to create an account. The app does not intentionally collect, store, sell, or share

personal information. It does not contain third-party advertising or third-party analytics. The animal videos,

captions, and other children's content are stored inside the app and can be viewed without opening an external

website.

2. Face ID, Touch ID, and Device Passcode

Certain adult-only features use Apple's authentication system, including Face ID, Touch ID, or the device

passcode. Uncle Cell does not receive, view, or store facial images, fingerprints, or device passcodes. Apple's

system only tells the app whether authentication succeeded or failed.

3. Calling Feature

The Call Uncle Cell feature is protected by a grown-up prompt and Apple's device authentication. When an

authorized grown-up continues, the app may open Apple's FaceTime service using a fixed, family-approved

contact. FaceTime is provided and governed by Apple. Uncle Cell does not record, monitor, or store FaceTime

calls. A responsible grown-up should begin and supervise every call.

4. Sharing Feature

The Share Uncle Cell button uses Apple's standard sharing system. The grown-up chooses whether and how to

share the app link. Uncle Cell does not receive or store the recipient's name, contact information, messages, or

sharing activity.

5. Children's Privacy

Uncle Cell is designed to be used with the involvement and supervision of a parent or responsible grown-up. The

app does not knowingly request personal information from children. Children should not submit names, addresses,

phone numbers, photographs, or other personal information through the app. If you believe personal information

was provided to us unintentionally, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.

6. Data Retention and Local Preferences

Because Uncle Cell does not intentionally collect personal information through the app, it does not maintain an

app-user database containing children's or families' personal information. Preferences such as captions, autoplay,

calmer motion, or calling settings may be stored locally on the device. These preferences are not used to identify

the user.

7. Third-Party Services

Uncle Cell may use Apple-provided services, including Face ID, Touch ID, device-passcode authentication,

FaceTime, and the iOS sharing sheet. Use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's privacy policy and

applicable terms.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to design Uncle Cell as a safe, parent-guided experience. No method of electronic

storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change. The revised

policy will be posted on the same public webpage with an updated date.

By downloading, accessing, or using Uncle Cell, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree,

do not use the app.

1. Parent or Grown-Up Responsibility

Uncle Cell is intended for young children with the involvement and supervision of a parent or responsible grown-up.

A responsible grown-up should control access to adult-only settings, authorize protected actions, begin and

supervise calls, and decide when and how the app is shared.

2. Entertainment and Educational Content

Uncle Cell provides child-friendly entertainment, encouraging messages, captions, and animated animal content.

The app is not a substitute for professional medical, educational, psychological, legal, or safety advice.

3. Calling

The Call Uncle Cell feature requires adult authorization through Apple's device-authentication system. The

grown-up is responsible for confirming that the FaceTime contact is trusted, initiating the call, supervising the child,

and ending the call when appropriate. Nu Media Tech LLC cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or behavior of

Apple's FaceTime service or the person answering a call.

4. Acceptable Use

● Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

● Attempt to bypass parental protections or device security.

● Copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit the app or its content without written permission.

● Interfere with the app's operation or attempt to access its code or systems unlawfully.

5. Ownership

Uncle Cell, its original artwork, characters, videos, audio, text, design, branding, and other original materials are

owned by or licensed to Nu Media Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Downloading the app provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use it. It does not transfer

ownership of the app or its content.

6. Third-Party Services and License

Some functions rely on Apple services. Those services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies, and

their availability may change. Unless a custom license agreement is provided through App Store Connect, Apple's

Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

7. Availability and Updates

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that

every feature will always be available on every device or operating-system version.

8. Disclaimer

Uncle Cell is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee

uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under

applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nu Media Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Termination

We may restrict access to the app when these Terms are materially violated or when necessary to protect users,

the service, or applicable legal rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after

an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
